The project is located at a site locally called “Envelopa”, which immediately follows the city‘ s historical center. This central area is currently undergoing rapid development and can be described without exaggeration as the Olomouc city. In addition to municipal and state institutions, several faculties of the Palacký University, the Moravian University campus, and the Šantovka shopping gallery are located here.

Located next to the historical center, the site is easily accessible. It is perfectly served by public transport, with a direct road connection to the inner city ring connecting all the slip roads.

The tram stop is located directly opposite the main building entrance; the central train station is just two stops away.

The building is also close to Bezruč Gardens and the Rose Gardens, which are part of the city‘s park ring and offer peace and relaxation on a busy day. Within walking distance from the project are dozens of restaurants, shops, including all services.
